30-day no-questions-asked returns

If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full.      

How to return:                                                                                                

1. Email hello@keepfolk.com with your order number

2. We'll arrange your return within 24 hours                                                                  

3. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Faulty items:                                                                                                 

If a product develops a fault, we'll replace it free of charge — no time limit.

Gifts:                         

Bought as a gift and it's not quite right? We'll exchange for store credit so you can choose something else.
